Perseus
Perseus was one of the most celebrated heroes in Greek Mythology. He was best known for killing Medusa and taking her head. He is also well known for rescuing Andromeda from a sea monster.
Heroics
When Perseus was grown, King Polydektes commanded that Perseus would bring back the head of Medusa. An invisible helm, a magical sword, and winged sandals was first obtained by Perseus with the help of the Gods. Perseus was told where to find the Gorgons by the Graiai, and he stole their single eye. He then found Medusa and beheaded her with his eyes turned away. While traveling back to Greece, he spotted the princess Andromeda chained to rocks and saved her from a sea monster. Perseus brought the Princess back to Greece as his bride. Perseus returned to Seriphos with Medusa's head and turned the entire King's court to stone. He then went to his Grandfather's Kingdom to claim the throne. His grandfather fled, and was later killed by Perseus at the Games with a discus throw just like the prophecy said.
